[CE] Pac-Man

My second CE for iPPG's Design Contest! This here, was based off the classic game, Pac-Man! I'm actually really happy with this one, because it's a design that I really had to think about. And like the way Xilent-Knights put it, it fits more with the essence of the "game theme" rather than just focus on a character and do something like "stylized cosplay".

Anyway, this is my OC, Blanca -- the genderbent of my egotistical OC, Bleach!

This was tough! Not only was designing kind of hard, but aFTER I SHADED A GOOD PORTION OF THIS PIECE, MY COMPUTER SUDDENLY UPDATED WITHOUT WARNING AND I HAD TO START THE SHADING AGAIN
_{also, I was having such a hard time with backgrounds. I had to choose from a several different choices (and whether or not to add walklights, cuz I thought it'd make it look a lot more like a runway).}
